Advancing community development and humanitarian response through open mapping solutions.

The Open Mapping Hub - Eastern and Southern Africa works with organizations and communities across 23 countries to create and update free, editable, shareable map data in OpenStreetMap. Open map data helps identify problems, track change, manage and respond to events, forecast needs, set priorities, and understand what's happening on the ground. We're working toward a future where everyone in Eastern and Southern Africa can contribute to and use open mapping in their daily lives.
